seared salmon with roasted vegetables.

I woke up late today and was bored out of my mind so I decided, hey, why not make a meal for myself.  A nice filling lunch to make up for what I didn't have during breakfast.  I felt like eating vegetables [like always] but there was nothing to eat, well nothing that was cooked or prepared.  I went online and google searched some quick recipes and compiled it into one meal.  It was pan-seared salmon with a lemongrass/honey sauce.  The broccoli, onions, and bell pepper were drizzled with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt.  The tomato was drizzled with olive oil, thyme, and rosemary.  It turned out to be a really nice lunch.  I want to make more~  (★O★)

jin's new hairstyle.

I bought Jin some new accessories and what not but it turns out not all of it fits!  Dx  I was soo disappointed.  One of the wigs was too small, and his boots I bought were too small too, but I could still somewhat put it one.  Anyways, I was taking some photos of him and decided to just edit some pics and what not.  XD  Sorry I was bored, but yea this is Jin my Luts - Yuz.

sewing after hiatus.

I haven't sewn anything in such a long time!  The last thing I made was a red corset for a school project.  It turned out okay and despite me telling the teacher that I think the corset was too small, she said it was fine.  In result, the corset was too small, so now it just sits on my dress form.  What a waste, it was a pretty corset.  Well anyways, I haven't cosplayed since February and I haven't made any new cosplays or clothes since...last summer!  That is the longest I've gone without making something.  School got busy and I never really did have time to sit down and sew anything.
Since it's summer now, I have the chance to sew.  I had to wait until I finished my full time job though, and now I'm done~  Yatta!  \o/  I will start posting WIP photos of what I am sewing.  I won't reveal what it is until the very end though!  So stay tuned~
Day 1:  I've drafted out the pattern and started fitting it on the dress form.
Day 2:  I fitted the pattern, cut it out and started on my mock up.
What will I achieve on Day 3?!?!?

[sponsored review] fynale classic - hyper red.

I managed to do another lens review in such a short time span after the last one I did!  -gasp-  Probably because I'm back to like 15 hours a week versus the 38 hours a week I was working.  I have to say, 2 hours a day seems like nothing versus the 7 hours a day I had to work.  @.@  Well I get to relax now, but I don't earn much money.  I need money to buy cloth to sew and what not.  ( TДT) Anywho, reviewing another pair of lenses sponsored by the awesome Fynale Cosmetic Lens again!  Thank you so much~  This time I will be reviewing another pair of their red lenses, the Fynale Classic - Hyper Red.

Brand: Fynale Classic
Series:  Hyper
B.C.: 8.6 mm
DIA: 14.5 mm
Water Content: 55%
Color: Red
$12.59 one pair
$11.34 two pairs

And picture time!  These are the vials.  Yes, they look the same.  lol  But I guarantee you, I actually took pictures of all the vials, they're not the same one.
The top with the name of the series.
The sideview shot of the lenses.  One of the lenses was inside out, so you can see what it looks like from the front and back.
The lenses held up to the light.
And what they look like in solution.  This is the back of the lenses being shown here.
I'm very very sorry that the top picture was blurry.  At least it is just comparing enlargement, so no harm done.  >.<
A few seconds long video of the lenses.
[Please view in 1080p HD]

And three photos showing what they look like from close up and a bit farther away.  I decided to pair this look with my real hair today.

What I think about the lenses?
I love the design for these as well.  Once again they are only two colors, the red and the black.  I also like how these lenses made my eyes look large but vibrant at the same time.  When I took one of them out to take a picture with one lenses out, the one lens started drying up so that's why the picture turned out blurry.  I started freaking out and ran upstairs to soak it in solution.  I pressed it so hard that the lens stuck to itself, I had to kinda figure out how to open it, but luckily no harm was done.  Scared me so much.  Dx  Well that was a little lesson I learned with these lenses.  lol
Comfort: 4/5
Hmm, unlike the Sakura Red from my previous review, these lenses started drying my eyes out slightly throughout the day.  It wasn't painful or anything, nothing noticeable, but I was started to feel the dryness in my eyes, and I kept yawning.  lol  Wearing lenses for a long time can cause me to get sleepy.  XD
Enlargement: 5/5
Perfect enlargement.  Made my eyes pop as well.  There is a black solid limbal ring for the enlargement effect, though it looks unnatural, it does what it's supposed to do.  But then again, I don't mind unnatural, unless it's just freakishly weird.
Color: 5/5
Very vibrant red.  Can probably even compare to my Cherry Red lenses I own.  I love those a lot.  The red is very vibrant and you can see it from afar with no problem.  [I don't mean like 5 feet here]

side ponytail.

My cartilage piercing is really being a pain.  It still won't heal and it's almost a year.  Well, it's not supposed to heal until like 1+ year but wow, it's sensitive.  And there's two ugly bumps on it.  :<
Well, since I have long hair, it would not be wise to keep my hair down or my hair might get caught on the earring.  So I decided to start putting my hair up, and to find out it looks cute~
I tried out a regular ponytail in the back and a side ponytail.
I'm wearing the i.Fairy - Jewel Brown in this picture.

[sponsored review] fynale classic - sakura red.

Wow I'm so behind on reviewing lenses.  I tried doing at least one pair during my break but I was having too much fun to actually attempt to camwhore.  lol  Today I'm reviewing Fynale Classic - Sakura red sponsored by Fynale Cosmetics Lens.  I want to thank them for taking the time to sponsor me.  I also made a video review this time!  -gasp-  I don't know if I'll post it but we will see.  I haven't made one in a while so I was like, hmm, why not try to make one again! See how that goes this time.  If you are interested in purchasing these lenses, I would do so soon.  Fynale releases a set of lenses every so many months and once it has been sold out, they don't release anymore. They will work on a set of new lenses to release the next time.

Brand: Fynale Classic
Series: Sakura
B.C.: 8.6 mm
DIA: 14.5 mm
Water Content: 55%
Color: Red
$12.59 one pair
$11.34 two pairs

This is what their vials look like.
Since their vials all look the same, I also took a picture of the top.
The side view of the lenses.  The liquid obstructs the view a little bit.
This time I held them up to the window.
And of course the lenses in solution.
I'm not really sure why the one with and without flash look so similar.  But yea, the comparison of the lenses in different settings.
A few seconds long video of the lenses.
[Please view in 1080p HD]

And the FOUR photos just for today.  lol  I was soo happy when I found this wig~  Lost it for about 6 months.  lol  Tried a gyaru look today.  Haven't done it in such a long time.

What I think about the lenses?
They were exactly what I would hope for.  I've always wanted to try the Sakura series for a long time.  I wanted to try the brown, but Fynale told me that they were releasing several red lenses and this was one of them.  I was so excited to try them out and they offered to sponsor.  Well these lenses are great for a dolly, innocent look.  Definitely go well with my outfit today.
Comfort: 5/5
They were very comfortable.  I wore them for over 8 hours with no problems at all.  They didn't dry out or irritate my eyes either.  No problems of stinging while putting them on.  I even took them out for like 5 seconds and put them back in with ease.
Enlargement: 5/5
They enlarge my eyes because of the thick limbal ring.  Though it's artificial looking it still gives a cute look.  They look like 14.5 mm or maybe even 15.0 mm lenses.
Color: 5/5
It's vibrant, no doubt.  The lenses are two solid colors: red and black.  It looks red from afar and shows up really nicely in natural lighting.

rocking copper.

I just got back from a four day trip to visit my friends in another state as a summer vacation for me.  I have been working full time from the day I got out of school to four days ago.  I decided that I needed a break and since I haven't done anything fun for the past two months.  I drove a three hour drive with my friend and met up with everyone.  I enjoyed this trip so much, I didn't want to come back.  Sadly, it was a short trip but very worthwhile seeing everyone.
I also decided to get my hair cut there.  I wanted to dye my hair a dark blonde color, but the salon I went to wanted to charge me $300 for it.  There were some issues here and there and I ended up deciding on a random color based on how much I wanted to pay for my hair.  I honestly had no idea what I picked so I had to wait until the results.  But I will say, I don't think I'll be going back to that salon again due to some problems.  Well in the end my hair turned out copper.  It looked redder in the sunlight and browner indoors. I'm still not quite sure what color it is, but that's what color it turned out.
I was wearing my new lenses, Fynale - Sakura Red.  I will be doing a review on it soon.
Went out to the mall to do some shopping.  It looks brown here.
I also tried out some clothes just for fun though I wasn't going to buy any.  Was saving my money for food.  lol

vivi clothes.

So I was just surfing around the internet for clothing when I randomly ran into

I saw it going hey, it's another Asian fashion store, so I thought it was just another mainstream store.  But when I went to look at the clothes I was surprised!  It actually had brands such as Milk, Liz Lisa, and Egoist!  They even had a section of school uniforms and lolitas!!  * . *  I was so excited so I just kept browsing.  lol
They had a good selection of shoes and also makeup!  They even have contact lenses which I love~
I'm like really happy right now finding another store that carries clothes I want.  o(≧▽≦)o
Here are some of the things they carry. They even had kimono!

They have lolitas~  And this is such a cute petticoat.
And they also have lenses!!

The selection really is amazing~  I would suggest you all to go check it out ;D

[review] koji - spring heart natural standard #5.

Recently, my mother went back to Taiwan and asked if I wanted her to bring anything back and I said yes.  Usually, most people would go on makeup hauls there so I wanted some too.  But sadly what I asked for wasn't in stock anymore so she got me something else instead.  She bought Koji's cheaper brand of eyelashes.  I think it's like around $4.00.  But I decided, well I have them already, might as well do a review on them.

The packaging looks like this, and I got the #5 eyelashes the standard natural.
This is the back of the packaging.  Orginally, it was in Japanese but since it was bought in Taiwan, they had a Chinese label.  It lists out the ingredients in English which I thought was useful.
And this is what it looks like on my eyes.  Yea, my uneven double lids doesn't make this easy.  lol  It looks so much longer on the eye on the right.  Dx
They're very natural looking, you can barely notice them, especially if you put on heavier eyeliner, they would be barely noticeable.  So make sure to wear thin eyeliner with these eyelashes.  Also, if I had to describe them with one word, it would be "flimsy".  They're very soft and bend to any shape which I liked since my eyeshape is a bit weird and most eyelashes don't like to stick on properly.  It was easy to mold the eyelashes  to the shape of my eyelids without any problem, but it was just flimsy.  XD  Overall, they're nice for a natural look, but it's not for me.  I like dramatic, especially for cosplay, so this would be nice to wear for a casual occasion, but most the time I don't bother with makeup on casual occasions...
Also, I really need a haircut soon.

back to aion.

So I've been recently playing TERA and what not, but ever since Aion 4.0 released, I got back into it.  I played Aion up to level 51 but then stopped due to school.  I've been waiting for 4.0 to release for a long time and it finally released on June 26!!  >3<  Ahhh so I'm not addicted to playing again.  They also released new hairstyles and two new classes; the bard and gunner.  Bad thing was they changed the interface and what not so I had to get used to it again.  They also changed the character customization so I ended up remaking my character about 5 times, but all in all, so worth it.
I decided to go Elyos again as a bard, but since there is a overpopulation of  Elyos over Asmodians, there were incentives to join as Asmodians, so I ended up going gunner as an Asmodian.  XD
This is my Elyos~  She's a songweaver now.
And my Asmodian gunslinger~
LOL She was in a hanbok.
I also created a Asmodian male.  He's so pretty!  *.*
